Title: Sales Support Representative

Reports To: Senior Director of Sales

Department: Sales

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Description: We are looking for a talented Sales Support Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work as an integral part of the Sales Support and Broker Account Rep team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses to all referrals and other Marchant or Independent Sales Organization “ISO”/Business Partner inquiries. This includes effectively and accurately communicating pricing of products, services and referral commissions.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Overall Broker account support
  • Build relationships with Brokers/ISO’s
  • Maintain existing relationships with Brokers and ISO’s
  • Networking to bring in new Brokers to increase revenue
  • Build strategic partnerships with Brokers, ISO’s and Merchants
  • Ensure that our Sales Support Team provides excellent customer service for our top Brokers

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong, confident and self-assured professional who doesn’t take “no” for an answer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, professional relationship building and decision making skills
  • Detail oriented, organized; excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • BS Degree in Finance, Business or other related field preferred
  • 2+ years Industry Experience a plus. Experience across Merchant Cash Advance, Capital Lending, Funding or Bank Lending preferred.

Physical Demands: The physical demands of the position are typical of those found in a traditional office environment. Employee will not need to walk significant distances nor lift substantial weight. Employee will need to be able to remain seated at a desk for 8-9 hours in a typical workday.
